Terms and Clauses
Warranty Terms Samaria warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period stated on the Website / Packaging / Warranty Card. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Samaria agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing and return postage which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model of product on original dated sales Invoice. The warranty becomes null and void if any unauthorized alteration is made to the Samaria products and/or if the Samaria products is tampered within any manner or whatsoever. This warranty does not cover any damaged to Samaria products due to misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, mishandling, normal wear and tear, damages incurred during assembly or maintenance and dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse. In this scenario, Samaria shall not in any event be liable for any loss and/or damage (consequential or otherwise) to the customer for any defects in the Samaria product. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Defect & Replacement Claims Claims for defective or missing merchandise must be made within 7 DAYS from invoice date / date of product received. Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging. We reserve the right to specify that product to be returned to Samaria for inspection or to be inspected by our representative (shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer). Pictures are required to claim for defective product, along with a copy of the original sales Invoice. If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced (shipping and handling fees to be borne by Samaria) or a credit will be issued. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Procedures All warranty / defect / replacement claims must be filed by the consumer to Samaria via this Online Submission. All required info are to be filled up. Samaria hold the right to cancel the claim shall the information provided are not complete and/or clear. We will not handle claims from the consumer directly. Samaria will revert lodge case in 1-3 WORKING DAYS via email. Shall there be replacement or exchange made, tracking number will be provided via email as well. Please retain invoices for a minimum period stated for warranty purposes.
